What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the type of coverage you’re interested in, any message you include, and which page of this website you started from. This website does not use advertising cookies. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
While you fill in the quote card on the home page, your answers are kept only in this browser tab, so a reload doesn’t lose them. They are not sent until you submit, and they’re cleared after you send the request or close the tab.
Contact consent
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that Christine Walorz / Walorz Insurance may call, text and email you about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed on a call, or emailing walorztina@gmail.com.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your request and, if you choose to move forward, to help you apply for coverage. It is sent by email to Christine Walorz and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. If you apply for a policy, the insurance carrier will collect its own information under its own privacy policy.
How we protect it
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered through a transactional email service. We keep them only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet insurance record-keeping obligations. If that email ever fails to send, the details you entered may be kept in our web host’s server logs so Christine can still respond. They are kept only as long as needed for that and are not used for anything else.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you’ve submitted at any time by emailing walorztina@gmail.com or calling 781-985-6958.
